Will my manufacturer’s warranty be affected?

If your vehicle is still within its manufacturer warranty then we can still perform all routine servicing without affecting this.  Due to an EU ruling called block exemption and the fact that our fully trained technicians use genuine parts at the correct intervals as stated by the manufacturer themselves, we are able to offer not only a high quality service but add to that the peace of mind that you still have manufacturer backing if something goes wrong with your car.

Can you update my digital service book?

We have access from the manufacturers to update your digital service book on line so your service history is kept up to date.

Do you carry out MOT’s?

We use a number of third-party suppliers to provide an unbiased MOT, so we are never in the position of what we perceive as compromise.

How do I know that additional work is justified?

From time to time when a car is booked in for a service additional or advisory work comes to light. Being notified of this advisory work will keep you up to date with the current condition of your vehicle, giving you confidence in your car and its operational standard.

We feel it is important for you to know if and when your car does need a little extra work, but it is essential that YOU ultimately have the choice on what work is or isn’t carried out BEFORE it is undertaken.
Here at Sports Tech we are happy to photograph anything we find and e-mail over any
information you require before any work is undertaken. As a result you can make an informed choice on what is done to your car and you can be assured you won’t EVER have a bill you weren’t expecting when you collect your vehicle!
Any items that we replace outside of normal service requirements can will be retained on request for inspection after the work has been carried out.

Do the parts you fit have a warranty?

Any parts that we fit to your car come with a 12 or even a 24 month warranty in allot of cases. In the event of a claim we would manage the process for you and replace with like for like parts at no extra cost.
